Channel Director, SLED

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners and distributors positioned for success in the SLED market.

• Develop and implement collaborative business plans with key partners, including Carahsoft, CDW-G, and SHI.

• Oversee the partner sales cycle from lead generation and forecasting to closing deals.

• Manage relationships with partner executives and influence decision-making for LVT solutions.

• Leverage knowledge of state and local contracts and procurement methods to streamline public-sector purchasing.

• Handle channel mapping, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to partner agreements.

• Design and conduct partner training and certification programs.

• Represent LVT at SLED trade shows and partner summits as a subject matter expert and brand ambassador.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding of SLED procurement processes and intricate state, local, and education sales cycles.

• Significant experience with prominent channel ecosystem participants such as Carahsoft, CDW-G, or Sourcewell.

• Capability to develop multi-quarter go-to-market strategies with measurable return on investment.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with C-suite executives and stakeholders in state and local government.

• Ability to operate independently in a rapidly growing environment.

• Technical proficiency in AI-driven intelligence, physical security hardware, and SaaS platforms.

• Competence in collaborating with marketing, product, and legal teams.

• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing multi-million-dollar quotas in a channel-focused context.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Must pass a drug screening and background check upon employment; certain roles may require a federal background check and fingerprinting.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
