Channel Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and implement OX’s channel strategy for North America from start to finish.

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performing channel partners.

• Generate pipeline and revenue through both channel-led and channel-influenced activities.

• Collaborate directly with partners on enablement, joint planning, and field execution.

• Work in partnership across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Track partner performance and refine programs to foster accelerated growth.

• Identify gaps and opportunities within the channel ecosystem.

• Represent OX within the cybersecurity channel community across EMEA.

• Develop and manage OX’s partner strategy from inception to execution.

• Ensure coherence and implement an effective go-to-market strategy via partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Channel Management within the cybersecurity sector.

• Extensive knowledge in AppSec / DevSecOps / software supply chain security is essential.

• Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling channel programs in EMEA.

• Strong connections with VARs, MSSPs, distributors, and system integrators.

• Hands-on mentality - capable of executing plans, not just strategizing.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

• Located on the East Coast, with the ability to travel as required.

• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.

• Background in building channel programs from the ground up.

• Robust network within enterprise cybersecurity partners.

• Understanding of contemporary go-to-market and partner-led growth strategies.
