This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Reporting to the Director of Channel Sales, the Channel Development Manager is essential in enhancing channel partner engagement success.
• Tasked with spearheading strategic initiatives that foster partner growth, increase NEXTGEN’s wallet share within a designated partner portfolio, and fortify key partner relationships.
• Take a proactive stance in uncovering new opportunities across NEXTGEN’s comprehensive vendor portfolio.
• Build robust relationships with key decision-makers among partners and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Executives to meet our objectives.
• Meet quarterly vendor sales targets and work with your manager to devise successful strategies.
• 4-5 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within a channel environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Customer-focused mindset: Prioritize the customer while possessing the business acumen and negotiation abilities to excel.
• Experience in the ANZ ICT channel industry is a significant advantage.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a creative approach to resolving challenges.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and adapting to a fast-paced setting.
