• Reporting to the Director of Channel Sales, the Channel Development Manager is crucial in enhancing channel partner engagement success.
• This position is accountable for spearheading strategic initiatives that drive partner growth, increase NEXTGEN’s share of wallet within a designated partner portfolio, and fortify key partner relationships.
• A proactive mindset is essential for uncovering new opportunities across NEXTGEN’s comprehensive vendor portfolio.
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a channel environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Prioritize the customer and possess the business acumen and negotiation abilities to match.
• Experience in the ANZ ICT channel sector is highly beneficial.
