This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Become a recognized subject matter expert in Absolute.
• Convey the value of Absolute by presenting compelling use cases and relevant industry insights to new clients.
• Conduct engaging and comprehensive product demonstrations and overviews.
• Oversee customer enablement by managing the activation and renewal of Absolute solutions for accounts that have previously been sold.
• Provide customers with pertinent educational resources through the Absolute Learning Hub.
• Escalate technical issues to Absolute’s Activation, Professional Services, or Technical Support teams to address customer requirements.
• Facilitate value-driven interactions focused on product adoption and active utilization.
• Cultivate relationships and advocate for Absolute solutions within the Absolute and Lenovo inside and field sales teams (including RSD, Director, Executive Director, and VP levels).
• Collaborate with Lenovo and Absolute sales teams and the Absolute Customer Success group to enhance activations and renewals of Absolute solutions for previously sold accounts.
• Synchronize sales efforts between the Absolute and Lenovo Sales and Services teams to meet established sales objectives and growth targets.
• Provide pre-sales support to Absolute and Lenovo account managers through phone, email, and/or in-person interactions, responding promptly to inquiries and sales requests.
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly partner status updates, including pipeline reports and sales engagement status.
• Achieve channel sales and revenue targets by ensuring the efficient operation of channel programs and maximizing their effectiveness.
• Continuously improve programs based on feedback from field and inside sales teams, along with insights from other industry channel programs.
• Assist Absolute and Lenovo in optimizing sales closures during end-of-quarter activities.
• Safeguard the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Capability to undertake and manage projects in alignment with Absolute’s evolving business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet company and departmental objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in analyzing situations and employing creative, effective decision-making to solve problems and achieve results.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment that values cooperation and mutual respect.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences, build relationships, and negotiate.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through capabilities are crucial.
• Experience in the IT and/or PC industry.
• Familiarity with general IT practices and/or endpoint security measures, including anti-virus, encryption, and DLP.
• Strong technical aptitude and a keen desire to learn new software.
• Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience collaborating with Lenovo, particularly within their NA Public Sector organization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
