This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Leading a dynamic and motivated key account sales team to implement sales, customer, and market strategies across the UK and Ireland, aiming to foster growth with major retail clients in our Retail & Home Improvement sectors.
• Shaping and influencing business decisions to enhance customer relationships.
• Overseeing sales programs related to targets, financials, reporting, POS analytics, category management, and incentives to stimulate growth, while actively participating in contract negotiations.
• Establishing priorities, allocating resources/tasks, and offering performance feedback to drive growth.
• Supporting and mentoring your sales team to cultivate strong interpersonal skills, enabling the team to achieve their goals and realize their potential.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution, ideally in Business Management fields.
• Proven expertise in selling and customer experience within the FMCG/Retail markets.
• A current, valid driver’s license is mandatory, as a company vehicle will be provided for this role.
• Additional knowledge, desirable skills, and preferred qualifications that can further enhance your success in this position include:
• Category Management.
• Negotiation Skills Certification (e.g., GAP).
• Sales management certification.
• Project management.
