• Identify and assess potential partners for reselling Azul products to their customer base and through a partner program.
• Provide education to prospective partners regarding the partner program, its requirements, and deliverables.
• Create opportunities for lead generation through prospecting and marketing initiatives.
• Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries from partners, engaging and qualifying leads.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategic approaches aimed at enhancing partner productivity.
• Develop and implement a robust prospecting strategy for acquiring new partners in the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe.
• Ensure a successful sales cycle by accurately maintaining activity and lead qualification data in SFDC.
• Provide comprehensive insights to both the Account Executives and the VP of Sales regarding recruitment activities.
• Conduct training for new partners and ongoing enablement using the partner portal.
• Keep precise and thorough records of partner communications, including calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos, and other relevant information in adherence to organizational policies.
• Occasional travel across the region is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in Channel sales with leading global partners such as SoftwareOne, Insight, SHI, Logicalis, etc., across North America.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience or knowledge in development platforms or development tools.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; an MBA is considered a plus.
• Prior experience in direct sales is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SFDC and Clari is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
