• Collaborates across various teams including ASUS Commercial Sales Management, Distribution, Product Management, and Marketing to design and implement go-to-market strategies for ASUS products and services within the designated scope.
• Actively seeks out and cultivates sales opportunities within CDW and other assigned APP team accounts.
• Establishes and strengthens ASUS relationships and engagement at all levels within the designated account base.
• Formulates and executes a business plan aimed at driving unit and revenue growth, with performance evaluated against set targets for the assigned accounts.
• Maintains multiple active contacts within a substantial customer base, ensuring regular communication regarding ASUS and its offerings, programs, promotions, and deals.
• Travels as necessary to assigned account headquarters and satellite locations to conduct PPM presentations and enhance onsite customer interactions.
• Collaborates with reseller account teams to facilitate face-to-face training sessions and meetings that promote ASUS business growth.
• Assists assigned accounts at regional events and specialized trade shows as needed.
• Aids in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business tracking, including consistent use of internal reporting tools and the development of tracking as instructed.
• Actively engages in internal and external business reviews and communications to ensure visibility, alignment, and follow-through on both immediate opportunities and long-term pipeline development within the assigned APP channel.
• Evaluates and formulates end-customer demand across private-sector verticals, identifying new opportunities to enhance ASUS’s commercial presence within the assigned accounts.
• Over 5 years of experience in outside sales within IT hardware, software, or services.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with named accounts and familiarity with the commercial PC/client business.
• Proven success in meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of indirect (channel) commercial sales strategies and customer acquisition processes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated capacity to learn new product portfolios and articulate solution value and differentiation clearly.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both externally with customers and internally within ASUS.
• Awareness of industry trends, competitive landscapes, customer purchasing behaviors, and marketing strategies.
• Experience in building strategic partnerships across both internal and external organizations.
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, self-direct, and function effectively in a remote environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams).
