This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Accountable for the daily recruitment and management of relationships with channel partners, such as value-added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and strategic software partners (primarily in Italy and Spain).
• Serve as a link between Keeper and designated channel partners.
• Interact with clients who speak English and Italian (Spanish proficiency is preferred), both verbally and in writing.
• Develop, sustain, and oversee relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
• Forge productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel within assigned partner accounts.
• Coordinate the engagement of Keeper personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to fulfill partner performance goals and expectations.
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in collaboration with partner sales resources.
• Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within designated partner accounts.
• Manage conflicts between direct and channel sales by promoting effective communication between the two teams.
• Ensure that partners comply with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
• Engage in a partner planning process that establishes mutual performance goals, financial targets, and critical milestones for a successful partner relationship.
• Identify partner go-to-market and/or service offerings; collaborate with partner sales resources and marketing teams to create and launch offerings that lead to additional joint revenue.
• Cultivate relationships with technology vendors to uncover mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners.
• Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and support the direct sales team in closing leads generated through the channel.
• Plan and implement Channel Marketing activities and events to enhance brand awareness and generate demand within the Strategic Partner group.
• Willingness to travel to customer meetings (locally, nationally, and potentially internationally) and to rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
• 3+ years of experience in security SaaS channel sales.
• Must be bilingual, with native proficiency in Italian and fluency in English (both verbal and written); additional proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through channel partners.
• Solid understanding of Partner Incentive programs and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
