This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly revenue and partner-sourced objectives.
• Cultivate robust working relationships with designated channel resellers.
• Collaborate with Rhombus' sales teams to pinpoint key opportunities, create sales forecasts, and eliminate potential roadblocks.
• Inform partner executives, technical personnel, and sales teams about Rhombus' products, programs, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
• Plan and implement customer-facing and internal partner marketing activities.
• Carry out quarterly and ad-hoc partner business reviews to ensure alignment with goals.
• Consistently report on partner achievements and assigned performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations regarding channel partner program tools, incentives, and go-to-market messaging.
• Represent Rhombus at industry events and trade shows.
• BA/BS degree or higher.
• A strong ambition to succeed as part of a team.
• Over 2 years of experience in partner/channel management, ideally within the Physical Security sector.
• Proven sales success (e.g., President’s Club or similar accolades).
• Practical experience in leading both in-person and remote training sessions.
• Disciplined in adhering to established processes while also being innovative in suggesting and developing new, scalable methods.
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Charismatic personality with polished verbal and written communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
