• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with channel partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated partners, addressing their requirements and concerns.
• Organize regular meetings, business reviews, and collaborative planning sessions.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to broaden the partner ecosystem.
• Offer training and resources to empower partners to effectively market and support Motorola Solutions.
• Collaborate with partners and key stakeholders to formulate go-to-market strategies, marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and enhance the partner network.
• Monitor and report on channel performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Propel revenue growth through joint sales activities and co-selling initiatives with partners.
• Coordinate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with organizational objectives.
• Provide market and partner insights to guide product development and competitive positioning.
• Ensure partners comply with contractual obligations, compliance standards, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct performance evaluations and suggest corrective measures when necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in video security solutions sales.
• Preferred 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience with physical security solutions is preferred.
• Candidates must reside in the Metro Nashville Area.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to articulate our products and solutions.
• Capability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales results and fostering collaborative relationships.
• A solid understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is essential.
• Effective time management skills are necessary, alongside the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft and Google Apps, particularly Excel/Sheets.
• Exceptional presentation skills are required.
• Willingness to travel weekly within the territory (approximately 70% travel).
• An established client base within the assigned territory is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel ecosystems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to design and implement partner enablement programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
