This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and recruit new partners to drive sales growth while managing existing partnerships.
• Empower channel partners through comprehensive training on the business advantages and ROI of ISC2 products.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction among current partners.
• Work in collaboration with ISC2 marketing teams to create, implement, and oversee marketing strategies.
• Compile and present reports to management on a quarterly basis.
• Oversee daily sales activities with partners to achieve targeted revenue growth.
• Formulate partner-specific sales and marketing strategies to enhance marketing and selling initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred; candidates with a high school diploma and seven (7) years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• At least five (5) years of experience in account management.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Familiarity with the cybersecurity certification market is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with channel partners and internal team members.
