This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will manage a complete quota that encompasses both new and expansion channel revenue.

• Forecasting and pipeline management will be conducted using Salesforce, and you will collaborate closely with direct sales and customer success to ensure that the channel operates cohesively.

• A key aspect of your role will be identifying where leverage exists. Which partners should we focus on for deeper investment?

• You will be responsible for recruiting and enabling new partners: VARs, MSPs, and education-centric distributors who can broaden ACI Learning's reach into currently underserved segments.

• This will involve onboarding, enablement, and maintaining close contact throughout the initial deals until a sustainable process is established.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS channel or partner sales, with measurable quota achievements.

• Knowledge of various partner types (VARs, MSPs, distributors) and the ability to manage a tiered ecosystem without excessive oversight.

• Experience in IT training, education, or workforce development is a significant advantage here, rather than just a qualification.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity: while processes are in place, this is still a growth-stage environment where some elements are being refined over time.

• Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management is essential.
