This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with organizational change management efforts for enterprise-level projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement change management, communication, and training strategies.
• Perform stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Develop training materials, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), presentations, and knowledge documentation.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and programs for end-user enablement.
• Work in conjunction with project managers, business leaders, HR, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Track user adoption, gather feedback, and assess training effectiveness metrics.
• Recognize change risks and formulate resistance management strategies.
• Assist in go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption efforts.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and project timelines.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Change Management, Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Transformation.
• Experience in supporting enterprise application implementations or business transformation projects.
• Proven expertise in training delivery, communication planning, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Background in creating training documentation, SOPs, job aids, and e-learning content.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Strong organizational skills and project coordination capabilities.
• Experience in conducting virtual training sessions and remote collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and learning management systems.
