Change Order Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the Change Order team through training sessions, individual meetings, and continuous feedback.

• Supervise daily operations and allocate tasks to guarantee the timely execution of Change Order activities.

• Assess team performance and ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

• Address escalated issues, technical difficulties, and patient grievances.

• Evaluate team metrics to discover trends and areas for enhancement.

• Manage quality assurance and ensure accuracy in documentation.

• Confirm that processes comply with HIPAA, regulatory standards, and company policies.

• Collaborate with different departments to address patient issues and streamline workflows.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and implement corrective measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of management experience is essential.

• Prior experience in healthcare is preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

• Experience in managing workflows, performance metrics, and team priorities is necessary.

• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is required.

• Reliable high-speed internet that supports call center operations and communication systems is necessary.

• A professional and camera-ready appearance during virtual meetings is expected.

• Excellent time-management, accountability, and self-management skills are crucial.

• Ability to maintain a secure workspace and safeguard confidential patient information is mandatory.
