Change Operations Manager – 6 mth FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee a centralized control for Advice change.

• Ensure that prioritization, reporting, and governance function as a unified system.

• Provide monthly EXCO/SteerCo reports covering status, risks, benefits, and milestones.

• Implement a single intake process for all change demands.

• Create and manage a clear prioritization framework that aligns with the overall strategy.

• Define and institutionalize a streamlined governance model.

• Maintain and enforce consistent change standards and lifecycle discipline.

• Serve as the integration point across Strategy, Change, Proposition, and Operations.

• Manage dependencies, capacity constraints, and delivery risks throughout various programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in portfolio or program management, or in PMO leadership.

• Demonstrated capability to design and implement governance and operational models.

• Highly analytical with the ability to convert complex portfolios into clear insights.

• Credible in front of senior stakeholders and comfortable engaging at the EXCO level.

• Strong commercial awareness, able to reconcile governance with the pace of delivery.

• Structured and disciplined, possessing a strong control-oriented mindset.

• Pragmatic and focused on delivery, avoiding an overly theoretical approach.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.

• Able to provide constructive challenges and drive organizational focus.
