Change Manager, SAP S/4HANA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee change management initiatives for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects utilizing ADKAR/Prosci methodologies to enhance adoption and achieve benefit realization.

• Formulate and implement the change management strategy, encompassing stakeholder analysis, engagement plans, impact assessments, and readiness activities across the FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.

• Create and present end-user training, materials, and job aids; customize content for various roles and languages, ensuring proficiency in German for all training and communications.

• Develop and manage detailed communication plans to keep stakeholders updated on changes, benefits, risks, and timelines.

• Lead change impact mapping, readiness evaluations, and risk mitigation efforts; monitor adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.

• Work in tandem with the PMO and project teams to oversee change activities, address issues, and ensure alignment with overall project milestones and compliance standards.

• Assist during go-live and post-go-live stabilization (hypercare), mentoring leaders and change champions while addressing resistance or barriers to adoption.

• Maintain and revise change-related documentation (such as RACI, training matrices, stakeholder maps, and benefits realization plans) while ensuring compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Change Management.

• Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Familiarity with Change Management methodologies, especially ADKAR / Prosci.

• Knowledge of SAP modules including FI, MM, SD, and PP.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, communication, training, and facilitating change adoption.

• Proficiency in German is required.
