This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee project management tasks, which encompass planning, execution, dependency oversight, risk management, and status updates.
• Offer strategic guidance regarding projects and workflows, which includes leading workshops, decision-making forums, and aligning with sponsors.
• Formulate and implement change management strategies and plans, addressing stakeholder impact and readiness evaluations.
• Produce, develop, and present communication materials, presentations, messaging, and communications for end-users.
• Create training materials such as presentations, job aids, guides, as well as digital and asynchronous learning resources.
• Possess strong writing skills with a solid understanding of audience and topic alignment.
• Facilitate the practical implementation of project plans, change initiatives, communications, and training components, ensuring they align with milestones and measurable adoption results.
• Capable of assessing project phases and workflows, devising solutions, and influencing decision-making processes.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in change management, with direct responsibility for project delivery outcomes. Strong project management consulting experience is essential. PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
• Industry knowledge and professional experience in the environmental and/or industrial services sector is highly desirable.
• Experience with system implementations (e.g., CRM, HRMS, ERP, etc.), as well as changes and enhancements.
• Proven track record in change management, communications, and training development.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner® (or an equivalent recognized change management certification) is required.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Storyboard, Rise, and/or Camtasia is advantageous.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills across both executive and frontline audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on experience in project and change management, delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives, enhancing data management and governance programs, and overseeing industrial or environmental transformations.
• Professional demeanor with the capability to engage in video meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
