Change Management Specialist, Finance Transformation – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement organizational change management strategies for Finance transformation projects.

• Perform stakeholder and change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop adoption strategies.

• Collaborate with executive sponsors and business leaders to foster engagement and visible support.

• Develop and execute communication strategies, change plans, and executive messaging.

• Design training, learning, and enablement programs that equip employees for the upcoming changes.

• Establish assessments for change readiness, adoption metrics, dashboards, and reports for executives.

• Oversee stakeholder engagement, manage resistance, and implement feedback mechanisms.

• Create change management playbooks, templates, and best practices that can be leveraged for future initiatives.

• Work closely with Finance, IT, HR, Learning & Development, and project teams to ensure effective implementation.

• Continuously enhance organizational change capabilities by integrating new methodologies and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in organizational change management (10+ years preferred).

• Proven experience in leading change management for extensive, cross-functional transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in supporting Finance, ERP, or enterprise technology transformation projects.

• Strong background in developing stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies.

• Ability to influence senior leaders and executive sponsors without direct authority.

• Experience in measuring the effectiveness of change through KPIs, dashboards, and adoption metrics.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Prosci, CCMP, APMG, or a similar Change Management certification is required.
