This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and execute detailed change management strategies for designated initiatives utilizing the ADKAR methodology from initial discovery to ongoing sustainment.
• Evaluate the complexity, scope, and stakeholder dynamics of initiatives to appropriately calibrate change support.
• Recognize adoption risks and resistance trends while devising integrated mitigation strategies within project plans.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and business leaders regarding the impact of changes, readiness assessments, and reinforcement expectations.
• Create and implement communication strategies for all affected employees, ranging from frontline staff to functional leadership.
• Work alongside EPMO project managers and HDT leads to incorporate change milestones into project governance and delivery schedules.
• Lead assessments of impact and readiness while presenting risk recommendations to project governance entities.
• Track adoption metrics and modify change strategies as circumstances evolve.
• Highlight adoption risks in governance meetings prior to go-live and maintain visibility on readiness.
• Design and conduct role-specific training while collaborating with L&D on content creation and logistical arrangements.
• Identify areas for learning improvement and suggest appropriate training interventions.
• Collaborate with leaders and sponsors to integrate reinforcement mechanisms.
• Perform monitoring post-go-live and ensure a documented sustainability plan is handed off to business owners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in change management or a closely related discipline.
• Proven success in leading change initiatives that are complex and cross-functional.
• Experience in a project governance or EPMO-governed delivery environment is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or similarly regulated industries is a plus.
• Prosci certification is preferred.
• Must possess, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that complies with Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of change management principles and the ADKAR framework.
• Ability to assess unique situations, creatively adapt methodologies, and propose variations when standard practices are inadequate.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and influence.
• Capability to work effectively with senior leaders across various functional areas.
• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000.
• Eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 10% of base pay based on bonus criteria.
