Change Management Manager – Financial Service Construction Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies, plans, and initiatives across various workstreams.

• Collaborate with executive sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders to foster alignment and drive successful change outcomes.

• Perform stakeholder assessments, analyze change impacts, evaluate organizational readiness, and plan for adoption.

• Leverage insights and best practices from the retail and corporate banking construction sectors.

• Create strategies for communication, engagement, and business readiness.

• Identify risks and opportunities related to change, and formulate mitigation strategies in conjunction with leadership teams.

• Design and produce change management materials, presentations, workshops, and engagement activities.

• Track metrics related to adoption, readiness, and realization of benefits.

• Assist in enhancing business processes and driving transformation initiatives.

• Conduct workshops, focus groups, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

• Work in partnership with communications, training, project management, and business teams.

• Maintain plans for stakeholder management, communication, and change roadmaps.

• Aid in user acceptance testing, operational readiness, and transition activities.

• Oversee multiple change initiatives that align with project timelines and business objectives.

• Generate executive reports, dashboards, and updates on change performance.

• Encourage knowledge sharing, document lessons learned, and promote continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, program management, or similar fields.

• Familiarity with construction project management programs.

• Experience in financial services client facility construction is preferred.

• Proven experience in supporting large-scale transformations, technology implementations, or business process improvements.

• Expertise in conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and planning for adoption.

• Proficient in developing communications for executives, training materials, and engagement strategies.

• Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

• Prosci Change Management Certification, PMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Responsibilities may include SOX control where applicable.
