This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the adoption of innovative technologies, workflows, tools, and policies through effective change management strategies.
• Evaluate existing user workflows, practices, policy adherence, change impacts, and implementation efforts.
• Synchronize technical implementation schedules with change readiness milestones.
• Perform stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and implementation planning.
• Conduct interviews, focus groups, and discussions related to change management.
• Establish and monitor change metrics to track progress and adoption rates.
• Lead change management evaluations and assist in strategy formulation using structured methodologies like ADKAR.
• Manage change management activities within comprehensive project plans while assessing and enhancing user readiness.
• Assist in organizational design efforts, which includes documenting roles, responsibilities, and process modifications.
• Create and uphold communication plans, roadmaps, training materials, and tools for managing resistance.
• Monitor and report on project tasks, risks, issues, and action items.
• Raise issues and risks as per project governance protocols.
• Collaborate with project team members to achieve delivery objectives.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in supporting change management activities for federal clients.
• Strong preference for experience in federal healthcare settings.
• Proven experience with self-directed, high-visibility initiatives involving stakeholder groups and executive-level briefings.
• Familiarity with supporting technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Capacity to create and support executive-level written and verbal communications, including briefings, presentations, and structured documentation.
• Strong analytical abilities to define, gather, and interpret data, draw conclusions, and facilitate decision-making.
• Experience in developing and managing project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to operate independently and in team-oriented project settings.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
