Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Identify affected stakeholder groups and perform stakeholder analysis.

• Evaluate and communicate the impacts of changes across manufacturing sites.

• Assist in planning and executing business readiness activities.

• Tailor and implement the Change Management strategy for Czech factories.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Process Leads, Super Users, and Change Agents.

• Facilitate engagement with stakeholders and ensure leadership alignment.

• Coordinate communication efforts related to business transformation and process changes.

• Aid in change readiness assessments and suggest mitigation strategies.

• Partner closely with functional teams to guarantee effective change adoption.

• Carry out Change Management activities following established methodologies and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Change Management within large business transformation, ERP, or digital transformation programs.

• Solid understanding of organizational change from both end-user and leadership viewpoints.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building.

• Capability to plan, coordinate, and effectively execute change initiatives.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and execution-focused approach.

• Strong collaboration skills and experience in cross-functional, international settings.

• Proficient in English and Czech (both spoken and written).

• Familiarity with Prosci Change Management methodology is a plus.

• Experience in manufacturing or factory environments is a plus.

• Background in SAP or other large-scale ERP implementations is a plus.

• Knowledge of Change Management tools, techniques, and industry best practices is a plus.
