Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead the adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise by spearheading change initiatives that transition clients from the Microsoft Tech Stack. Your main goal will be to reimagine productivity and AI workflows, assisting users in shifting from outdated environments to a collaborative, AI-driven future.

• Create and implement targeted communication and training strategies that tackle the unique challenges associated with AI adoption, ensuring users become proficient and develop trust in new AI tools throughout the organization.

• Work closely with stakeholders to pinpoint potential barriers to AI adoption, devise proactive strategies to mitigate these challenges, and translate intricate AI functionalities within Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise into practical insights for end-users.

• Design and execute methodologies for assessing AI feature adoption and user proficiency within Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, leveraging data to enhance change management strategies and secure sustainable AI integration.

• Partner with project teams and senior leadership to formulate comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational objectives and goals.

• Identify and evaluate the needs, concerns, and expectations of key stakeholders regarding change initiatives. Craft customized communication and engagement plans to address these elements.

• Analyze the effects of proposed changes on individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Create change management documentation and content for professional services engagements.

• Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives using defined metrics.

• Provide status updates regarding risk and issue management.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary and upon request.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead engaging enablement sessions and workshops that simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences.

• Expertise in Change Management: Over 4 years of experience in organizational change management, particularly within technology or consulting industries.

• Practical experience in managing migrations from Microsoft to Google and implementing AI tools such as Gemini Enterprise in enterprise settings.

• Extensive functional knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem and an aptitude for navigating the rapidly changing AI landscape.

• Confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels, from front-line end users in training to C-level executives in strategic discussions.

• A composed and positive demeanor when facilitating sessions in high-pressure or unpredictable client situations.
