This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist in the deployment of change projects ranging from small to large, utilizing process improvement and change management methodologies.
• Collaborate with a team of highly driven professionals possessing expertise in management consulting, change management, organizational development, and clinical practices.
• Efficiently oversee individual work streams, convey the business requirements, and support project teams by establishing the necessary resources to guide individuals through the change curve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to create deployment strategies and materials that facilitate the implementation and acceptance of innovative technologies and processes.
• Apply organizational and behavioral change management strategies along with tactical plans.
• Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process effectiveness and success metrics.
• Recognize business needs that can be enhanced through data analysis.
• Develop reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards to fulfill these requirements.
• Follow standardized practices for change management and deployment.
• Offer advanced analytical evaluations to effectively support and promote change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that each change project incorporates the necessary components to successfully foster awareness and adoption.
