Change Consultant – AI Trainer, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Review and enhance AI-generated content pertaining to organizational change, turnaround strategies, implementation, and practical change management.

• Evaluate AI outputs for their practical relevance, compliance, and effectiveness in real-world applications.

• Craft realistic turnaround and change scenarios based on your professional experience.

• Develop scenario variations from various viewpoints, including consultant, client, leadership, and stakeholders.

• Identify gaps, oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated materials.

• Utilize your expertise to evaluate, improve, and direct AI-generated organizational content, ensuring it accurately reflects the complexities and best practices of large-scale change management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level turnaround/change consultant with significant experience in the EU or UK.

• Proven track record of advising on, planning, and executing change or turnaround strategies and projects.

• Proficient in assessing organizational processes, compliance needs, and operational requirements.

• Independent, self-motivated, and capable of providing clear, structured feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week and responsive to inquiries.
