Biology Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Develop sophisticated biology challenges that test cutting-edge AI systems

• Generate deterministic tasks that yield a single correct solution

• Provide comprehensive, validated solutions

• Construct problems that incorporate experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics processes

• Utilize Python and, when applicable, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools

• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Biology or a related field within the life sciences

• Experience in research or industry related to computational or quantitative biological analysis

• Proficient in Python; familiarity with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with complex scientific reasoning

• Capability to devise original, challenging problems rooted in real-world biological practices

• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail

• Preferred: Experience with bioinformatics toolkits, genomics processes, structural biology tools, or computational biology techniques

• Background in designing technical evaluations or scientific challenge problems

• Interdisciplinary experience that bridges biology and computation
