This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the formulation of communication strategies for change initiatives.
• Support stakeholder and impact assessments for communications.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor the effectiveness of communications through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Create and refine content including FAQs, presentations, newsletters, and updates for the intranet.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related discipline.
• Over 4 years of experience in corporate communications or change management communications.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to execute tasks while juggling multiple competing priorities.
• Experience in change management, displaying a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Global perspective with the ability to tailor communication strategies to various cultural contexts and regions.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of delivering complex initiatives punctually.
• Change management certification is preferred (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
• Experience in the medtech healthcare field or highly regulated industries is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in supporting change communication strategies within a large organization.
