CFO, Co-Founder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• You will take ownership of, develop, and manage your startup in sectors like GovTech.

• You will engage in a comprehensive personal development experience designed by successful unicorn founders, following a tailored program that enhances your goal-setting, time management, and energy management skills.

• You will receive assistance in recruitment through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• You will undergo rigorous coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us to refine your product until you achieve product-market fit and receive support in establishing a sales force or creating an effective marketing strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or you are open to relocating.

• You are ready to fully commit to your own startup and aim for scaling it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess exceptional communication skills in the English language.
