CFD Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Train and assess AI agents on advanced fluid simulation tasks at an expert level.

• Utilize CAD geometry to configure and execute simulations.

• Develop verified reference solutions.

• Create Python scripts to validate AI agent outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline such as energy or oil & gas.

• Several years of practical industry or research experience in CFD, specifically with OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+, including expertise in meshing.

• Strong verification and validation skills, encompassing mesh-independence studies and validation against experimental data or benchmarks.

• Proficiency in Python and GitHub.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.

• A background in aerospace, automotive, offshore, or turbomachinery is advantageous.

• Experience with multiphase or particle-laden flow is a plus.

• Availability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
