CFD Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in training and assessing AI agents on advanced fluid simulation tasks.

• Utilize CAD geometry to configure and execute simulations.

• Develop verified reference solutions.

• Create Python checks to validate the results produced by the agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline such as energy or oil & gas.

• Several years of practical industry or research experience in CFD using OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+, including meshing.

• Strong proficiency in verification and validation practices: conducting mesh-independence studies and validating against experiments or benchmarks.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with GitHub.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Preferred: background in aerospace, automotive, offshore, or turbomachinery; experience with multiphase or particle-laden flow.
