This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Skilled in identifying comparable properties related to the subject, evaluating market data, and assessing residential properties through various valuation techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to deliver a high-quality valuation product for clients.

• Manage daily tasks efficiently to establish a reasonable capacity for assignments.

• Maintain high customer service standards when communicating with the operating team and points of contact during the valuation process.

• Open to mentorship from Senior Appraisers for training to master the completion of high-quality appraisals.

• Occasionally collaborate with Trainees.

• Adhere to continuing education and credentialing requirements.

• Offer recommendations regarding processes related to business operations and data collection methodologies.

• Provide advice to management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans.
