Certified Residential Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct valuations for a diverse range of property types and complexities.

• Analyze market information and identify comparable properties relevant to the subject.

• Deliver a superior valuation product to clients.

• Effectively manage daily tasks to establish a reasonable workload for assignments.

• Maintain high standards of customer service while interacting with the operational team.

• Adhere to ongoing education and credentialing requirements.

• Offer management guidance on product choices, process workflows, and compensation strategies.

• Occasionally collaborate with trainees and provide mentorship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a certified residential appraiser.

• Familiarity with valuation methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.

• High level of proficiency with technology, including software, applications, and databases.

• Capability to work autonomously and make independent judgments.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Valid driver's license for fieldwork purposes.
