Certified Residential Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Skilled in identifying comparable properties to the subject, assessing market data, and appraising residential properties through a variety of valuation techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrates a keen attention to detail to deliver a superior valuation product for clients.

• Capable of efficiently managing daily responsibilities to establish a reasonable workload for assignments.

• Maintains high levels of customer service when liaising with the operating team and points of contact during the valuation process.

• Open to receiving mentorship from Senior Appraisers to enhance skills in producing high-quality appraisals.

• Occasionally collaborates with Trainees.

• Committed to fulfilling continuing education and credentialing requirements.

• Provides recommendations on processes related to business operations and data collection methods.

• As necessary, offers guidance to management and engineering executives regarding product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans.

• Valid driver's license required for fieldwork.
