• Analyze, organize, and update financial records.
• Conduct regular and thorough audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
• Execute daily reconciliations for credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, and more.
• Establish financial accounts as necessary.
• Supervise ledger reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with Tax Accountants to monitor tax payments and returns.
• Regularly oversee bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
• Ensure vendor accounts are consistently updated across the organization.
• The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Preferably seeking experienced accounting or finance professionals specializing in the US Accounting System.
• Familiarity with accounting software, modules, and financial statements is essential.
• A drive to exceed expectations while working independently.
• A friendly, quick learner who can adapt to change and possesses a “can-do” attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, and other computer skills.
• Experience within the Procurement and Logistics industry is an advantage.
