Certified Pharmacy Technician – CPhT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee pharmacy orders received through phone, fax, or online platforms.

• Address customer queries, manage returns, and resolve shipping concerns.

• Collaborate with distribution and manufacturing departments.

• Ensure precise documentation and compliance records are maintained.

• Interact professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must be obtained prior to training; application fees will be reimbursed).

• Current PTCB (PTCE) or ExCPT (NHA) certification (must be provided before the interview).

• Must reside in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or call center roles (within the U.S.).

• Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
