Certified Medical Assistant, Bilingual Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visit questionnaires via phone with patients.

• Initiate outbound calls to arrange and carry out screenings.

• Accurately record patient information in EMR systems (NextGen, etc.).

• Identify patients who qualify and assist with their scheduling.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with patients and clinic staff.

• Ensure all documentation is thorough, accurate, and compliant.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (mandatory).

• Prior experience in phone-based or call center roles is highly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and patient engagement abilities.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven work environment.

• Highly reliable with strong time management and accountability skills.

• Tech-savvy with familiarity using EMRs and Microsoft Office applications.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage.
