Certified Medical Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a patient panel of up to 225 individuals, offering monthly care and support through phone and electronic communication under the guidance of a physician.

• Conduct thorough health assessments and adhere to patient care plans to enhance patient support while documenting all interactions electronically (including note-taking and setting reminder follow-ups).

• Generate electronic alerts and inform physicians or nurses based on predefined clinical guidelines in response to changes in patient conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to reside and work in the United States.

• Required credentials include Certified Medical Assistant / LPN / LVN.

• Proficient in utilizing computers, software, and remote technology.

• Excellent verbal, phone, written, and electronic communication abilities.

• Capability to work remotely and independently outside of a conventional office setting.

• Must have a designated workspace that is free from external noise and provides strict privacy to ensure patient confidentiality.

• Motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about assisting others.

• Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or Chronic Care Management (CCM) is preferred, though not mandatory.
