Certification Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Attend team meetings including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

• Comprehend new business requirements and convert them into technical tasks.

• Ensure that all operational processes are executed appropriately.

• Collaborate with relevant certification authorities to guarantee that all existing and new products comply with their standards.

• Facilitate effective communication within the team and across different teams during the preparation and certification phases of games.

• Gather all necessary technical files required for game certification.

• Provide assistance in resolving issues that arise during the product certification process.

• Initiate and promote the development of best practice processes.

• Assist in product testing to verify efficiency and quality.

• Prepare documentation and participate in, or conduct, company audits.

• Monitor ongoing projects and maintain internal documentation.

• Organize information and enhance existing processes throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to engage in active cross-team communication and learn new information across various topics.

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

• Experience in the IT field.

• Proficient in PC usage (Windows) and Microsoft Office applications.

• Preferred: Experience in the iGaming industry.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Preferred: Experience with Jenkins, Gitlab, Postman, and using/writing SQL queries.
