This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead CEO-level initiatives from the identification of problems to their execution.

• Monitor OKRs, decisions, obstacles, responsible parties, and deadlines across various teams.

• Assist with licensing applications, geographical expansion, recruitment, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

• Create concise briefs, updates, research notes, meeting summaries, and action trackers.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams.

• Recognize execution gaps and motivate teams to address them.

• Manage urgent business challenges that do not fit neatly into a single department.

• An articulate writer, structured thinker, and effective follow-through operator.

• Capable of engaging directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, urgent issues, and changing priorities.

• Possess strong judgment regarding what is significant, what is impeded, and what requires escalation.

• Able to maintain team momentum without imposing unnecessary processes.

• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or environments led by founders is a considerable plus.
