📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations and take full responsibility for the company's P&L.

• Lead and nurture the current team to ensure strong execution and accountability.

• Manage customer relations, uphold quality standards, and ensure job profitability.

• Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Evaluate operational data to inform decisions regarding pricing, staffing, and capital investment.

• Develop and implement annual budgets, forecasts, and growth strategies.

• Collaborate with the American Operator and key stakeholders to propel the company into its next phase of success.

• Establish credibility with the current team, clients, and owner during the transition phase.

• Uphold operational discipline and protect the company's legacy and reputation.

• Achieve measurable enhancements in revenue, profitability, and cash flow.

• Guarantee safe, compliant, and efficient operational practices.

• Assume complete ownership of business performance and organizational culture.

• Exhibit leadership characterized by accountability, humility, and sound judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of operational leadership experience in a target industry for American Operators (ideally in Manufacturing, Value-Add Distribution, Flooring, Electrical, or Plumbing Services).

• More than 5 years of experience with hiring and firing responsibilities.

• At least 5 years of accountability for P&L and/or company budgets.

• Demonstrated success in managing teams and complex operations.

• Experience in small business leadership.

• Strong communication and relationship management capabilities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset focused on long-term business development.

• Willingness to relocate within a 5-state area.
