CEO-in-Residence – Logistics Tech Portfolio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement strategy, operations, and execution—encompassing P&L, GTM, and more.

• Attract and manage a high-performing team across engineering, product, and sales sectors.

• Convert intricate supply chain and logistics challenges into top-tier software solutions.

• Establish strong relationships with customers, especially within the corporate partner ecosystem.

• Collaborate with UP.Labs product and venture teams to rapidly and purposefully unlock value.

• Secure funding, accelerate growth, and guide the company towards a successful exit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience founding or scaling a B2B SaaS or data platform, preferably with a focus on manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.

• Proven track record in selling to or collaborating with complex enterprises (OEMs, distribution, or partner networks).

• Experience in developing AI/ML-enabled platforms or a keen ability to create defensible data advantages.

• Successfully closed enterprise customer deals and fostered long-lasting commercial partnerships.

• Led a company through Series A+ funding rounds or achieved a successful exit.

• Built and motivated exceptional, diverse teams under high-pressure conditions.
