CEO – Co-founder, Healthtech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborating in the creation and leadership of a new startup

• Developing the long-term vision and strategic direction of the company

• Overseeing the product development process in partnership with engineering, AI, and healthcare design teams

• Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and market expansion

• Assembling and guiding a high-performing founding team

• Keeping abreast of technological and market trends in AI, automation, and the evolving landscape of healthcare and medtech

• Managing both the operational and financial dimensions of the company

• Acting as the startup's representative in discussions with investors, healthcare institutions, and ecosystem partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in a startup setting

• At least 3+ years of experience in the healthcare or medtech sector

• Proven experience in building projects, products, or startups from the ground up

• Strong comprehension of current technology and AI trends as they relate to healthcare and medtech

• An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong sense of ownership

• Proven capability to identify market opportunities and convert them into viable product or business concepts

• Exceptional networking and business development skills within the health or medtech industry

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to perform effectively in dynamic, early-stage environments

• Familiarity with project management and process design

• C1+ level proficiency in spoken and written English

• C1+ level proficiency in spoken and written Polish.
