This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and seek out new opportunities for workforce solutions within enterprise organizations.
• Cultivate relationships with CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations leaders, and business executives.
• Manage intricate sales cycles from initial prospecting to contract negotiations and closure.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to create tailored workforce solutions.
• Design programs encompassing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), embedded recruiting, and talent operations support.
• Establish engagement models, pricing structures, and delivery frameworks.
• Build enduring relationships with enterprise clients.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion within current accounts.
• Act as a strategic advisor on workforce and recruiting infrastructure.
• Finalize substantial workforce solutions engagements and aid in the growth of the practice.
• Assist in establishing anchor clients and fostering long-term partnerships.
• 8–12+ years of experience in workforce solutions, staffing, or talent services sales.
• Proven track record in selling enterprise services such as RPO, embedded recruiting, staffing, or workforce outsourcing.
• Demonstrated success in closing service deals ranging from $500K to over $2M.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise HR and talent acquisition leaders.
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
