Centralized Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee Radiology appointments, procure insurance information, manage a multi-line phone system for various locations, handle incoming faxes, and dispatch medical records.

• Strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service abilities, and the capability to juggle multiple tasks throughout the day are crucial for succeeding in this position.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in healthcare is preferred.

• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is favored.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

• Capability to use sound judgment and make informed decisions.

• Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and management personnel.
