This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Oversee strategic accounts and implement growth strategies throughout the Central Region.
• Discover and cultivate new business opportunities for service agreements, CrossLab digital solutions, and tailored service offerings.
• Spearhead strategic sales initiatives, encompassing deal planning, competitive positioning, and account penetration.
• Establish strong relationships with executives at various levels.
• Actively evaluate customer needs and position Agilent’s service value proposition effectively.
• Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams as well as other internal departments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement.
• Create and enhance lead-generation strategies while managing a substantial sales pipeline.
• Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is mandatory; degrees in science or business are highly preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven sales and account management experience.
• Proven track record in solutions-based selling to significant accounts.
• Strong skills in negotiation and closing deals.
• Capability to convey the financial and operational benefits of service and support solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Established business development experience with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives is essential.
• A solid understanding of analytical instrumentation and service business models is preferred.
• This position offers a full-time weekly schedule.
• Option to work remotely is available.
