This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Central Study Coordinator role entails overseeing patient visits and managing activities related to the study.
• Conduct the Informed Consent process with study participants through virtual means.
• Pre-screen and provide education to potential study participants.
• Oversee participant referral portals and applications specific to the study.
• Organize and facilitate visits for participants.
• Ensure all study documentation is maintained in line with ALCOA-C standards.
• Manage study operations for each designated site.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with sites, participants, and sponsor contacts.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or an equivalent blend of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of pertinent clinical research experience is required.
• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
• CCRC certification is preferred.
• Capable of navigating and resolving issues with a diverse range of technologies utilized in clinical research.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Exhibit professionalism in all circumstances.
• Recognize when issues need to be escalated.
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with research terminology and basic medical terminology.
• Comprehend the overall clinical development paradigm, along with a solid understanding of government regulations, GCP, and ALCOA-C.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• A critical thinker and adept problem solver.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Ensure an appropriate home office setup, including a private space for participant communication and high-speed internet access.
