Central Operations Analytics Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in operational decision-making by generating and analyzing data related to operational workflows and key performance indicators within Central Operations.

• Aid in performance monitoring and reporting by collaborating closely with Operations and acting as a technical resource for analytics and report creation.

• Create, track, and analyze operational data to evaluate workflow performance and results.

• Employ Excel, Power Query, SQL, and Databricks to develop, construct, and sustain analytical outputs and reports.

• Facilitate report development initiatives by converting operational needs into dependable data solutions.

• Execute technical tasks throughout various phases of the applications development lifecycle to guarantee the accuracy, usability, and consistency of analytics deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in data interpretation and analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of Power Query and vlookups/hlookups.

• Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle.

• Intermediate SQL skills (including joins and derived tables).

• 1 to 3 years of relevant job experience.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.

• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification must be obtained within 9 months of hire.
