Central Monitoring Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the initial and continuous Risk Management for studies.

• Engage in the selection and implementation of the RBM platform.

• Conduct Centralized Monitoring for assigned studies.

• Deliver Centralized Monitoring analysis findings to study teams and clients.

• Create and assess study-specific plans.

• Establish and manage a targeted SDV and monitoring strategy for each study.

• Organize and supervise Central Data Review activities within a study.

• Contribute to proposals and participate in bid defense meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Experience as a Clinical Study Lead or Manager.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong leadership skills and the capacity to work independently.

• Experience in Centralized Monitoring is advantageous.

• Proficient in critical thinking and analytical abilities.

• Capability to work with complex datasets.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving circumstances.

• Familiarity with the processes and functions involved in clinical trials.

• Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Lithuanian is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
