Central Monitoring Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate the initial and ongoing management of study risks.

• Engage in the selection and configuration of the Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) platform.

• Conduct Centralized Monitoring for a study, which includes evaluating Key Risk Indicators, Statistical Analyses, and Quality Tolerance Limits.

• Deliver Centralized Monitoring analysis results to study teams and clients, addressing issues within a cross-functional environment.

• Develop and review plans specific to the study.

• Establish and oversee a targeted Source Document Verification (SDV) and monitoring strategy for the study.

• Initiate and manage Central Data Review activities within the study.

• Contribute insights to Proposals and bid defense meetings regarding Risk-Based Monitoring services.

• Communicate study-related challenges to the Clinical Data Science group and collaboratively devise data-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A College/University degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.

• Experience as a Clinical Study Lead/Manager is essential.

• Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial.

• Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently are vital.

• Experience with Centralized Monitoring is advantageous.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities are necessary.

• Proficiency in working with complex data and providing insights into risk reports and trends is required.

• Adaptability to changing situations and a quick learning ability are important.

• Familiarity with the processes and functions involved in clinical trials, including understanding study protocols and associated risks.

• Full working proficiency in English is mandatory (Latvian proficiency is a plus).

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong Excel skills, is required.
